Only 39 have been certified by PCGS & NGC in higher grades. ONLY 7 all these have CAC certification. LARGE QUANTITIES were and have been found overseas in the past decade. FULLY STRUCK with all details very sharp and bold. EXCEPTIONAL EYE APPEAL and OUTSTANDING SURFACE ORIGINAL COLORATION. Most are heavily abraded so therefore the MS63 grade from PCGS. REALLY LUSTROUS.
